Woodland Village is a community of 89 colonial style detached homes located in Sterling, Virginia at the corner of Church Street and Sugarland Road. The development was constructed by Joseph Alfandre & Co. Inc. in 1987, and the HOA was formed that same year.

Woodland Village is managed by TWC Association Management. This Reston-based firm took over management of the Association in 2002. Please contact TWC with any questions about maintenance of common property at Woodland Village or with specific questions about our policies.

Waste management services are provided by AAA Recycling and Waste Management. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Recycling pickup is on Thursdays only. Lawn waste pickup is on Wednesdays from Spring through November.
