The park will be built on 8.3 acres at the east end of Shanks Evans Road, near Ball's Bluff Regional Park. It will include a ballfield, tennis courts, basketball and multiuse courts, a playground, trails, a 60-car parking lot and a picnic area with a pavilion and restrooms.
