Moorefield Station

Located at the intersection of the Dulles Greenway and Loudoun County Parkway, Moorefield Station is a 400 acre mixed-use development. This town center and lifestyle center is fully zoned and will include 550,000 s.f. of retail, 150,000 s.f of office and 1,500 units of residential in Phase One. At completion, there will be 9 million s.f. of commercial and retail space, and 6000 residential units. Moorefield Station is the only planned rail transit station for metro in Loudoun County
