Two Ways to Contribute to LoudounPedia
Submit Content
1. Apply to be a LoudounPedia Writer
Contribute in any local topic of interest. Simply fill out the application form and email it to:
loudounpedia@loudoun.gov.
2. Email Suggestions
You can also simply email suggestions, comments and/or corrections to: loudounpedia@loudoun.gov

Submit Photos
We are looking for photographs that highlight Loudoun County and its residents for use on LoudounPedia, the Loudoun County Public Library Web site and print publications. Please submit your digital photos and help us build our collection of local images. All photos must be approved by our Web staff before they will appear on the Web site. *
Along with your photo please include: your name, subject and location.
1. Submit via Email
Digital photos in .jpg format can be sent as email attachments to loudounpedia@loudoun.gov Total file size for all email attachments should not exceed 14mb.

2. Submit via Flickr
Photos can be submitted directly to LoudounPedia’s Flickr group. You must have a Flickr account to join the group and submit photos.

Terms and conditions
By submitting your photograph you are giving your consent to have your photo published on LoudounPedia, the Loudoun County Public Library Web Site, related print material, and agree to let us edit your work as necessary. You also confirm that the photo is your own work and that you have the right to give Loudoun County Public Library permission to use it. All photos submitted become the property of Loudoun County Public Library. Although every effort will be made to provide accreditation, by submitting your photo you acknowledge that there can be no guarantee of accreditation. You also release the Loudoun County Public Library from any and all claims that you may have arising out of the reprinting, publishing, or other use of your submitted photography.
