Join us as we read some of the wonderful books on wildlife and nature. We started this book club as a part of Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy because we realized that many of us were reading great books and talking about them but often we weren't in sync reading the same books. So, we thought this would be a fun way to read some great books together and get together to talk about them. This is also a fun way to hone your naturalists skills. All ages welcome!
- At the end of each quarter we select our next book. The book selection is made by current participants in the book club and is announced through our email announcement and this website.
- When do we get together? We want to keep this simple so at the start of each quarter, along with announcing the book, we'll also announce the date, time and location for our get together to discuss the book. Feel free to post comments or ideas about the book on our discussion forum if you have something to discuss before the meeting date.
- How do you get involved? Just fill in the form below and start reading. Details on the current book are to the right. If it's available through Amazon, we have added the link to the right so you can preview it and read reviews. If you purchase the book through this link, 10% of the sale will be sent to LWC. Or, save some dough and check the Loudoun County Library to borrow the book.
